内容简介：
法律英语读写教程旨在提供一套系统、全面、实用的学资源，以培养用英语进行法学专业知识学、从事涉外法律业务和法治传播的能力为目的。
本教材全一册，共16个单元，每个单元包括课文a和课文b阅读、词汇、练、法律语言、法律写作、案例研、法律谚语与法律幽默等部分。本教材除了介绍英美法律制度及案例外，又特别提供了中国法院的一些典型案例，这些案例反映了中国法律在解决具体问题时的方法和原则。在学中，可对中国和英美法律制度的实践进行对比分析，在培养了解英美法律体系的同时，使他们更加深入地理解中国法律制度的实际运作和实践。
作者简介：
刘艳萍，法学博士，中国政法大学外语学院教授。英国语言与文学学士，应用语言学硕士，法学第二学士，美国天普大学法律硕士，中国政法大学法学博士。全球化时代犯罪与刑法国际论坛秘书处主任、译协法律翻译委员会理事。曾任中华共和国驻米兰领馆一秘（20162019）。
主要研究方向为：法律英语、法律翻译、普通法法律体系、美国法、刑法等。独著和参著及出版译著33余部；在外核心报刊、杂志发表及翻译学术60余篇。主编与参编法律英语教材10余部，代表著法律英语听说教程、法律英语读写教程、法律硕士英语教程及英语教程法律英语等。
田力男，北京外国语大学语言学与应用语言学硕士，中国政法大学法学博士，第十四届北京市高等学校名师，北京市高等学校专业课主讲教师。现任中国政法大学外国语学院教授、副院长。兼任译协法律翻译委员会副主任兼秘书长、中国法律外语与测试研究会常务理事、中国英汉语比较研究会法律语言学专业委员会常务理事、中国法学会法治研究会理事、北京市朝阳区法院涉外审判智库专家等。
研究领域包括法律语言、法律翻译、法治、法律英语。发表学术及译文30余篇，主编与参编法律英语类教材6部，主持国社科中华学术外译、经典翻译项目、智库、省部级及横向项目10余项。
