Quarto, deep navy blue fine grain synthetic leather lightly padded boards, gilt imprinting on front cover and spine, navy blue satin page-marker ribbon, All Edges Gilt, and a thick 527 pp. + 1. New; pristine and immaculate; removed from original packaging only for scanning and description. Note that the "light" spots in the frontal scan are reflective scanning artifacts only; these are not real. Also, the navy blue cover coloration is blue-er in scans than to the naked eye. The scarcest edition of the profusely illustrated (photos and maps) master work on the topic by Mel White. A scarce collector piece, wall-to-wall. Pristine. Please see scans. LG9
