【作者简介】

郑笑怡，浙江旅游职业学院艺术系空中乘务专业专职教师，讲师，毕业于英国诺丁汉大学英语语言研究专业，获文学硕士学位。主要研究方向为英语跨文化交际、跨文化礼仪。已在CSSCl核心等刊物发表论文10余篇，主持厅局级课题多项，主讲乘务英语、民航服务英语等课程。
