【作者简介】

刘少波，现任暨南大学经济学院院长。获霍英东基金全国高校青年教师奖一等奖、广东省社科优秀成果一等奖、广东省优秀教学成果奖一等奖、全国优秀金融研究成果二等奖等奖励二十余项。主要研究领域为资本市场、公司金融、风险投资。
