    本书稿由上海中国航海博物馆提供，为《国家航海》系列的第二十三辑， 收录了十多篇学术论文，是关于近代中国海关史研究的特辑。书中论文，或从近代中国海关的成立与沿革，或从近代中国海关与传统海关的关系，或从近代中国海关的档案以及出版物等角度，多方面、全方位探讨了其在近代中国扮演的角色，以及它对近代中国政治、经济、文化的影响，可以说反映了近代中国海关研究的学术前沿成果。

【作者简介】

    中国航海博物馆(China Maritime Museum)是我国*个经国务院批准设立的*家级航海博物馆，是由*家交通运输部、中国人民解放军海军、*家文物局和上海市人民政府共同支持建设的中国*一的*家级航海博物馆。位于上海浦东临港新城。2006年1月20日在临港新城滴水湖举行中国航海博物馆工程开工奠基仪式，2010年7月5日全面建成开放。其负责主办的《国家航海》系列是该馆重点的图书出版项目，已出版十七辑。
