本书是颜方明的博士论文，这篇论文是从认知语言学视角来探讨翻译活动中概念的再范畴化的认知机制。本研究尝试用原型范畴化理论对翻译过程的一个侧面进行研究，从不确定的语词语境化概念中寻找相对稳定的认知机制。相比之前的研究，本研究从宏观，中观和微观三个层次对翻译过程展开，更具系统性。对于翻译理论与实践研究来说，再范畴化是个很普遍的现象，因此本研究具有深入探讨的理论认识价值以及积极的实践指导意义。

作者简介
颜方明，讲师，2004年毕业于中南大学外国语学院，进入外国语学院大学英语部，一直承担外招生教学工作，主讲《新编剑桥商务英语》初级、中级，于广东外语外贸大学攻读翻译学方向博士学位。现任教于暨南大学外国语学院。至今共发表学术论文6篇，其中有两篇《译学辨误》，《跨越语言文化的藩篱——论翻译中的“干扰”》发表在全国核心期刊上。
