内容摘要
Right to tourism information is that tourists have right to get public information on tourism from the government freely and easily for safety and convenience. At present，self helped tourism and mass tourism have been most popular means for tourism. For self helped tourists，whether they can get public information from government timely and conveniently can influence their choice on whether and how they would travel. Because tourism industry is complex，systematic and dependent，only government can provide full and correct tourism information. Tourism operators and other social organization shave no resources and no power. Now，many domestic tourism destination cities are building tourism information system. All of them，tourism destination city s marketing system should contribute to the government，and tourism operators should build their website. All of these websites and systems are windows to public information on tourism for tourists，because these websites could collect and select all useful information from the world，and provide them to tourists.
Right to visit tourism resources is that tourists have the right to visit tourism re-sources equally. Old，disable，children and others have the right to get discount and convenience from tourism operators. The reason to enact the right to visit tourism re-sources is that tourists can visit tourism destinations like local residents. Because travel is not the end，for tourists，visiting the tourism sites is the most important things. Some tourism sites are open to only a few people，not to most common people. Except for opening equally to tourists，tourism site operators should also take discount and convenience to the elderly，the disable，children，active military personnel，who are disadvantaged in earnings and body conditions.
Right to ask for rescue. When tourists body or property is in danger，they have the right to ask for rescue from tour operators，tourism destination government and other relevant social organizations. Even when tourists stay aboard，they have right to ask for help from Chinese embassy or consulate. The reason why we should provide the right to ask for rescue is that danger is companion of tourism. Tourism rescue is a necessity for tourism activity. Government is the representative of public interest. The regulator of public affairs，the executive of public power，the police of public order，the provider of public products，so，government should be the night watcher for tourism safety. In addition，it should be the suitable organization for tourism rescue，and take the obligation for rescue. Since Jan 2010，China government has organized many rescues for tourists，no matter they were in domestic or aboard，which proves that government s rescue effort is in good order.
