Yergin is president of Cambridge Energy Research Associates, one of the world's leading energy consulting firms. He was previously a Lecturer at the Harvard Business School and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He received a B.A. from Yale University and a Ph.D. from Cambridge University, where he was a Marshall Scholar.
