Indistinctly signed watercolour as pictured.
I would guess it dates to the early twentieth century.
Mount measures about 31 cm x 43.5 cm.
Visible image measures about 22.5 cm x 31 cm.
The painting has been glued to the board, the painting has some tanning/foxing and the mount is scruffy with marks/stains, it has also been trimmed along its right hand edge leaving it a bit wavy.
